Thai Rice Noodle Salad



Overview: 
A salad is not always a cold dish. It's not always a dish of raw leafy green vegetables.


Ingredients for Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Maggi Savor Classic
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 Ingredients for Noodle:
  • 200g flat rice noodle, blanched
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1 pc bird's eye chili
  • 300g bean sprouts
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanut, chopped
  • 2 sprig coriander, chopped
  • 1 8g Maggi Magic Sarap
 Procedure:
  1. For the sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Set aside.
  2. In a heated pan with oil, add pork and saute until brown.
  3. Stir-in the chopped chili, Maggi Magic Sarap, bean sprouts and spring onions and continue sauteing for another minute.
  4. Add rice noodles and sauce, toss ingredients together remove from heat. Transfer to serving plate and top with peanuts and coriander.

Comments:
Rating 4 out of 5. Masarap naman pero ayoko lang talaga ng mani, pero pwede daw namang tanggalin. Tama din lang ang anghang, kase tinanggal yong mga seeds ng sili. These dish is actually from Thailand.
