Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
Procedure:
al dente - means "to the tooth"
- 250g bacon, chopped
- 500g macaroni noodles, cooked as per package direction
- 1L Nestle Fresh
- 3 packs Nestle All Purpose Cream
- 2 11g Maggi Magic Sabaw, Beef
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- In a pan, render the bacon until light brown. Set aside.
- In a pot, boil all together Nestle Fresh, Nestle All Purpose Cream, Maggi Magic Sabaw, garlic and cheese powder.
- Add grated cheese into the mixture and stir constantly until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together pasta and the cheese and place it on a rectangular glass pan and top with the cooked bacon.
- Baked for 30 minutes in 350F.
- Serve.
