Details: I really love pasta in any color or flavor and whatever kind of noodles used. When we say PASTA, we immediately think ?"ooH, Italian Cuisine" pero hindi pala lahat. Yes, we all learned that Pasta was originated from Italy and through ages other nations tried to incorporate their knowledge in cooking using PASTA/NOODLES. Pasta and Noodles are different in many ways. Pasta are foods made from unleavened dough, buckwheat, wheat and water. Vegetable extracts and eggs are also added. Originated from Arabia and with two types; Dried and Fresh. The ingredients of pasta are durum wheat or durum wheat semolina, whole wheat, buckwheat, eggs. While Noodles are made from unleavened dough cooked in boiling water. It is originated from Tarim basin, China with 3 types: Basic, Chilled and Fried. It was normally made out of wheat, rice, mung bean, acorn, buckwheat, potato, canna starch. For this month, Chef Arnold teach us on how to use pasta and noodles in so many ways. Our menu will be set from soup down to dessert using only pasta and noodles. I was very excited to taste all of the food. It looks yummy, fun and healthy. Please see the link below the image for the complete recipes.
