Steamed Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g linguini pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1/2 cup Nestle Coulis de Tomate
  • 10 pcs mussels, cooked and shelled
  • 50g squid, cut inot rings
  • 50g fish fillet, cubed
  • 10 pcs fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Maggi Magic Sarap
  • 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Place pasta on aluminum foil with 1 tbsp olive oil at the bottom.
Place on top pasta the Nestle Tomato de Coulis, then the mussels, squid, fish fillet and the fresh basil.
Season with Maggi Magic Sarap, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour the remaining olive oil and close the foil.
Steam for 15 minutes. After steaming, transfer into a serving plate ans serve.

My rating will be 6 out of 5, bakit? Kase sobrang masarap itong food na to. Ang lasa parang resto dahil sa Nestle Tomato de Coulis. Kakaiba ang tamis at asim ng sauce na to. No need to cook pa, yun nga lang sobrang laki. Bagay na bagay to sa darating na kapaskuhan. (^^,
