Spinach and Mushroom Bruschetta


Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp flour
2 tbsp chopped onions
1/2 cup pieces and stem mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 cup blanched spinach, chopped
1/4 cup Nestle Fresh
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Nestle Cream
2-3 tsp fresh tarragon, chopped
1/2 pack Maggi Magic Sarap 8g
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 French Baguette, sliced diagonally or crackers

Procedures:
1. Heat butter in a medium saute pan. Add onions and cook until translucent, put the flour cook stir until flour is cooked. Add the mushrooms cook until pale golden in color. Add the spinach until liquid from the spinach evaporates, add Nestle Cream and gradually add and cheese. Stir until well combined and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat off then add the fresh tarragon.
2. Arrange sliced baguette on a baking tray, brush bread with olive oil. Top each bread with vegetable. Sprinkle with more cheese. Serve hot.
