SopaGhetti


Ingredients:
tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 cup sliced onions
tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup shreded chicken meat
1/2 cup sliced chicken liver
4 cups water
2 packs Maggi Magic Sarap 8g
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup un-cooked spaghetti noodles, cut into inch pieces
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
cup evaporated milk

Procedure:
1. Heat cooking oil. Saute onions & garlic until limp.
2. Add chicken meat then the chicken liver & cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in water & add Maggi Magic Sarap. Bring to boil.
4. Add the carrots, spaghetti noodles & green peas. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Pour in evaporated milk & simmer for another minute. Serve hot.
