Beanie Picadillo Soup


Ingredients:
1/4 kg. ground pork
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped
2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
1 medium carrots, minced
2 tbsp patis or to taste
Z liters water
1 1/2 cups pork & beans
2 packs Maggi Magic Sarap 8g
1/4 cup chili sauce

Procedure:
1. Put ground pork in a pan & cook for 5 minutes or until oil is extracted from the meat. Push cooked pork on 1 side of the pan and saute garlic & onion in the oil.
2. Stir in tomatoes and cooked until limp. Add carrots and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Season with patis to taste.
3. Pour in water and bring to boil. Add pork & beans.
4. Put in water & bring to a boil. Add pork & beans.
5. Simmer for another 5 minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot.
