Boneless Country Style Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken breast and thigh-fillet
1/4 cup NIDO FORTIFIED
1/2 cup flour
1/2 pack MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
1-2 tsp pepper
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp sage
Procedures:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, NIDO FORTIFIED, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, pepper, marjoram, all spice, sage and mix well until all the flour, milk and spices are well combined. Set aside.
2. Dredge the chicken in the flour-milk-spice mixture then fry over medium-high heat. Cook until golden in color. Serve with gravy.

1. Heat sauce pan in low heat, add butter and flour. Mix well until all the flour is combined with butter, gradually add water then whisk continuously until smooth and thick. Add MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and MAGIC Savor and pepper to taste. Serve with chicken, pork chops and roast beef.
