Pumpkin Cream Soup
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sliced leeks
3 cups cubed pumpkin
2 medium size potatoes, cubed
1 sachet Maggi Magic Sarap 8g.
2 cups water
1 pack Nestle Cream 250mL
salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Melt butter. Saute leeks until limp. Add pumpkin & potatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. Season with Maggi Magic Sarap. pour in water and bring to boil. Cook until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. When cool enough to handle, transfer on a blender and puree until smooth.
4. Pass the mixture into a strainer to remove any un-dissolved ingredients. Pour back for another minute. Serve hot topped with croutons.
