MAGICAL NESCAFE CLASSIC BRINE


Ingredients for brine:

2 tsp NESCAFE CLASSIC dissolve in
2 cups hot water
8 grams MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp mustard
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 kg of any meaty cut of pork

Procedure:

  1. 1. combine all of the ingredients for the brine. Marinate pork in the prepared brine. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. 2. Remove the meat from the marinade. Transfer the marinade to a small pan and cook over medium heat until reduce in about 1 cup of liquid.
  3. 3. Heat a griddle and place the prepared meat on the hot griddle. Cook and turn the pork slices once to get a beautiful and even grill marks color on both sides.
  4. 4. Transfer the cook meat on a plate with the prepared glazed.
