MAGICAL NESCAFE CLASSIC BRINE

Ingredients for brine:
2 tsp NESCAFE CLASSIC dissolve in
2 cups hot water
8 grams MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp mustard
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 kg of any meaty cut of pork
Procedure:
- 1. combine all of the ingredients for the brine. Marinate pork in the prepared brine. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- 2. Remove the meat from the marinade. Transfer the marinade to a small pan and cook over medium heat until reduce in about 1 cup of liquid.
- 3. Heat a griddle and place the prepared meat on the hot griddle. Cook and turn the pork slices once to get a beautiful and even grill marks color on both sides.
- 4. Transfer the cook meat on a plate with the prepared glazed.
